The Congregational Church of South Hero was formed in 1802 and moved to it’s present location in 1854. In 1976, on a frigid January night, A fire completely destroyed the entire building. Thanks to a ecumenical, community wide initiative the building was rebuilt, with the new building dedicated in 1978.
